We do not hand a sofa to a courier. Inside Dubai, the team that made your piece delivers it, places it and takes the packaging away.

Delivered by the workshop team, levelled and placed in your room. The final inspection happens in your light - if a seam catches the sun wrong, it goes back on the van.
UAE & GCC
Crated, scheduled, accompanied.
Pieces travel in a made-to-measure crate. Larger orders are accompanied and installed by our own team. Quoted per order before you commit.
Worldwide
Anywhere a crate can go.
Sea or air freight, fully insured door to door. The concierge handles export paperwork and gives you one all-in figure - no surprises at customs.

How long until my piece arrives?
Every piece is made to order on one floor in Dubai. Most pieces leave the workshop in six to eight weeks; the concierge confirms your date when the frame is cut, and flags any change before it matters.
Can you deliver on a specific day?
Yes - deliveries are booked to a morning or afternoon window, not a "sometime this week". Site and project deliveries can be phased around your schedule.
What if it doesn't fit through the door?
Send the concierge your door, lift and stair measurements before we cut - checking access is part of every order. Many pieces can be built to arrive in sections and assembled in the room.
Returns
Made-to-spec pieces are made for you, so we don't resell returns - instead, we make it right. If anything is wrong with the making, we collect, repair or remake it at no cost, for as long as you own the piece.
What does the guarantee cover?
Frames and joinery for ten years. Upholstery, foams and finishes for two. Fabric behaves as fabric does - but if a seam, a zip or a fill fails, that's ours.
Aftercare
Cushion plumping, re-tensioning and small repairs are free in Dubai for the first year. After that, the workshop quotes repairs at cost - we would rather fix a piece than sell you a new one.
